Responsibilities Meet sales goals by motivating staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Deal with all customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Be an example of professional behavior and high job performance Requirements High school diploma or GED The ability to stand for extended periods Proven success in the Retail industry Must be available to work weekends Per the Collin Street Bakery dress code, Bakeshop Staff will not present with any visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform (absolutely no tattoos on hands, neck, or face) Skills Highly Effective Interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Strong numeracy skills Excellent time management Effective communication Exceptional customer service Strong Organization Skills Job Type:
