4K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive when asked.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries; screening solicitations.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Completes projects when assigned; following up on results.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies & employee purchases of company logo apparel; verifying receipt of supplies.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
JOB KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong execution of organizational skills.
Experience with supply management.
Ability to analyze and prioritize business-related requests.
Advanced computer skills, especially Word/Excel/PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Attention to detail in composing, typing, proofing materials, establishing priorities, flagging items for CEO's attention and meeting deadlines.
Ability to stay focused, efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Professional conduct and discretion exhibited at all times.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience arranging travel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED.
Associates Degree or higher in Business Preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
