Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refers them to someone who can.
Answers incoming telephone calls and provides backup to reception.
Assist customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner General Company Related Duties and Responsibilities Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards.
Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.
