THE ASSISTANT MANAGER (ASM) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING OUR RETAIL STORE WHEN THE MANAGER IS NOT PRESENT.
THE ASM WILL BE A LEADER IN RETAIL SALES, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, SAFETY PRACTICES AND THE TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF THE BUSINESS.
THE ASM WILL NEED TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW ATWOOD'S OPERATIONS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEES PRODUCTIVITY, AND TO ACHIEVE FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES.
