50 Must be able to pass a drug screen upon hire.
Previous packing/shipping experience is preferred.
Must be able to read and write.
Duties and Responsibilities Hands on involvement in all aspects of the distribution operations including small package, LTL, TL, returns, receiving, etc.
Picks, processes, and packages as required.
Assists in physical inventory, discrepancy resolution and performs cycle counting as required.
Ensures receiving, picking, and shipping accuracy.
Ensures product is labeled and packaged according to SMA specifications.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat; keep a clean shipping supply area; comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Position requires physical ability for repetitious bending, stooping, standing, and walking with the occasional lifting to 70 pounds unassisted.
Must be flexible to work scheduled overtime.
RF scanner experience preferred.
Physical Effort Frequent physical demand.
Individuals are on their feet most of the day.
Position requires the ability to lift 70 pounds.
Working Conditions Normal warehouse conditions, exposure to temperature fluctuations.
