Assistant Process Operator - Chemical Plant
Corsicana, TX Corsicana, TX Full-time Full-time $21 an hour $21 an hour 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago Complete work functions within production operations Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products Compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE General forklift duties and also required The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting.
Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times.
Assist with physical inventory counts and processes Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements Other duties as assigned by supervisor Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to wear respirator and work in confined spaces Must be able to wear fall protection, work at heights, climb stairs and ladders.
Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2
years Ability to work at Plant located in Corsicana, TX Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, bend, squat down and reach above your head.
Able to Work 12 hour shift:
Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation - 12 hour shift Ability to work in the US without sponsorship Position pay starts at $21 per hours plus $1 when working Graveyard.
