Top of the line dental office seeks a superstar universal role that includes both front office and still versed in dental assistant duties.
Seeking ALREADY super talented customer service phone specialist.
Must have a grounded history in dental or you will be lost and miserable and we do not want that.
Requirements:
Patient-focused, world-class experience High team-morale with Doctor & Team Coordinator leadership Be able to follow simple scheduling templates Become a quick expert in Cialdini's Principles (we can teach, but a must) Self-starter; utilizes down time efficiently.
Loves to fill the schedule! High work ethic and good at streamlining tasks.
Learns quickly; can anticipate Doctors' needs without repetitive instruction.
Awareness of schedule so to help humbly direct Doctors to next patient.
Must have active license.

You need to have:
- A great attitude - Ability to work with others - Customer service is everything for this particular role - Be able to think on your feet and balance a lot of things at the same time.
- Be energetic and able to follow simple phone instructions with new patients.
- Be able to think of positive outcome win-win solutions at all times -Smile while you speak on the phone - Must live within 40 minutes of Corsicana - Must be willing to travel to both Corsicana, Waxahachie, and other dental offices where we perform surgery Compensation is competitive and includes substantial bonuses based upon the effort that you put in.
